Through the years, he developed and grew upstart organizations that created career opportunities for thousands of beauty and wellness professionals throughout the U.S. Starting with 1 store and growing to 1,000, he created the largest privately owned salon chain in the world. He attributes his success largely to a culture of leadership and love that put people first. Dennis represented two of the leading suite franchise opportunities in the United States. In addition to being dedicated to the beauty and wellness industry for decades, Dennis has been a licensed salon professional since the 1960’s.
